qat

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT!!!

Qat is used in some cultures that do not use alcohol. It is used in a social way (a bit like going to the pub) by groups of people (usually men) who sit and chew it together.
Qat gives very similar effects to amphetamine sulphate (speed) just not as powerful. The effects last longer but are not as intense.

Qat is not as powerful as amphetamine but the after effects are very much the same. The user feels exhausted, really sad, irritable, twitchy and depressed.

After the drug has worn off you can still feel paranoid and scared.
